[EQAB-list] Sunshine Law Requirements

Everyone, 
 
After Pat Fain’s email regarding Sunshine Laws, I have emailed Ken Krushenski (Oak Ridge Attorney) and requested a copy of the document entitled "Legal Department Memorandum 8-04, Compliance With the Public Meetings Law/MTAS/Jan 8,2008" for our use.  
 
Ken is going to see if it can be sent electronically and if not he has offered to mail all of the EQAB members a copy.  Upon receipt, please review as a refresher for the requirements pertaining to our service on EQAB.
