[EQAB-list] Web front

I think the history is important to get out there even as we struggle 
with these new missions.

My main point in the previous email in recommending a "testing" is 
that for the casual web user going to the City site is probably not 
going to find the mission of EQAB, when we meet, what we have been 
doing, or give feedback. Not to say this is a problem for EQAB alone! 
We could change that but it will be up to EQAB more than the City staff.

But...

Do we really want to invest our limited resources, time mostly, in a 
web interface. Will we get a return?
