Dear EQAB,
   I am back in town and ready to roll!  Attached is a sign up sheet for
Friday and Saturday.
Bruce is not available on Friday as we had originally planned.  We don't
know yet if he will be able to set up on Friday morning. Suggested times are
on the attached sign up sheet.
I am very flexible on Friday and Saturday and can work around your
availability.
   We do have a spot in the shade!
   Perhaps you could "reply all" to this email when you decide which hours
will work best for you.
