I suggest waiting until after the election to do something about this. With at least one new Council member, that will be an appropriate time to provide a brief communication on the status of the Sustainability effort and upcoming plans.

Fellow board members, 

I was talking to Charlie Hensley today with regard to the upcoming 
Sustainability report. He did not realize that the we were working on 
a report in addition to what we presented at the recent Council work 
session. My thought is that other council members may also be 
confused. Maybe we need to improve our communications.
