LEDs are the future, but the article tells me that the technology might
not be "there" just yet.
One thing I find important, though, is the reduction in the labor
required to change out light bulbs due to the longer bulb life. That's a
savings over and above the energy savings. Labor savings are significant
when standard incandescent bulbs are replaced with CFLs, and LEDs offer
even larger labor savings.
