Meeting is Monday night at 6:30 at complex behing K-mart - place where we last met with City Council on the sustainability plan.

I don't have the new proposed ordinance lanquage.  The current Property Maintenance Code is on the city website at

Chapter 2 is definitions, Chapter 3 is the current language.  I don't know about enforcement/penalties.
 
Ellen, is there a draft of the proposed ordinance that we can see?
