City Council received a paper copy of the proposed ordinance. It would not change any building code provisions, but would give the city staff additional authorities over rental properties. 

I'll ask Jackie about posting it on the City website.

The current Property Maintenance Code is on the city website at http://www.cortn.org/BuildingCodes Chapter 2 is definitions, Chapter 3 is the current language.
