We need your input! Knoxville's Promise is in the middle of a strategic
planning process to determine the future direction of the organization.  As
a stakeholder interested in the youth of our community, please take a few
minutes to answer the four questions listed below to assist us in this

1.	As it relates to youth what are the most important roles that must be
fulfilled in the community that are not being adequately addressed by other
organizations?

2.	What do you see as the strengths and assets of Knoxville’s Promise as an
organization?

3.	What do you see as the weaknesses and threats to Knoxville’s Promise as
an organization?

4.	If the current stated purpose of Knoxville’s Promise is to mobilize
people and community resources to promote collaborations that build the
character and competence of our youth, what are the most strategic actions
to take to fulfill that purpose?
