be his first performance in Knoxville.
Coleman will perform two shows - one with his special trio for a traditional
and folk blues sound on the dock from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. Following the dock
party, Coleman will perform with his entire band for a full on Chicago
Electric Blues party onboard the riverboat from 10 pm to midnight.
"Wallace Coleman should be ranked among the very best of today's blues harp
players."
Living Blues, February 2002
"Wallace Coleman's performance at the 2004 Pocono Blues Festival was
perfect."
Michael Cloeren, Director, Pocono Blues Festival (2004)
"...one of postwar Chicago blues' most indomitable torchbearers."
Blues Revue, Dec./Jan. 2004
