We are busy this spring!
Here is a list of events that KRC will be at this spring (all but the River
Rescue). I hope I didn't forget any!

*April 5th* River Rescue 10am. Contact Ijams Nature Center for more info on
locations.

*April 12th* Oak Ridge Earth Day celebration 12-5pm at Oak Ridge Civic

*April 19th* The Blount Co Earth Roundup, formally the Little River Roundup.
Clean up starts 8 AM.  In afternoon there will be music, food, environmental
exhibitors, and youth area at Maryville College. Call for more info Keep

*April 26th* *EarthFest* at Pellissippi State Community College 11am- 7pm.

*May 2nd,* 5-8pm, Krutch Park, Downtown Green Power Switch

*May 3rd* Safety City

*May 10th* Knoxville Recycling Coalition Homeowner's Secure Paper Collection
at Middlebrook Pike United Methodist Church. 10am-12pm. Bring your paper for
secure
destruction and recycling. Call 525-9694

*May 10th* CAC Beardsley Community Farm Festival 10am-2pm, call 546-8446.

*May 17th* Touch-A-Truck Day (Purple Paper Eater will be there) at the
Knoxville Zoo 10am-4pm. Call the Zoo for more info.

*May 31st* Children's Reading Festival at World's Fair Park. Please call
Knox Co. Libraries for more details.
