[OA] Arrowman service award - last call

This is the last month you have to compete the requirements for the Arrowman
Service award.  In the last two year, there were 1/2 dozen awards given out. 
So far this year, there is only one that has been completed.  If you have
completed yours, please bring in the signed form and give it to Mr. Bylin. 
The last date to get your form is the business meeting in January which is
Thursday, January 8th.  Avoid the rush and get your in now.
