[OA] O/A Indian Seminar

This is to inform and invite everyone to the annual Pellissippi Lodge Indian seminar.  The event will be December 3-5 as listed on the calendar. 

The location will be at the Newport National Guard Armory.  Camping is available, but no food will be provided.  Cost will be $5 for day visitors on Saturday, $10 for those camping.

You do not have to be in the O/A to participate in the scheduled activities.  This program is designed to teach about Native American culture, ceremonies and dancing.  

The Pellissippi Lodge is fortunate to have one of the best dance and drum teams in the nation to teach fellow arrowman about Native American culture. And they have invited other national recognized drum and dance teams to help teach as well.  We hope you all will plan to attend, cub scouts and boy scouts alike.

Directions to the Armory.
>From Knoxville: I-40 E to exit 435.  Turn right on Cosby Hwy 321, follow road past Wal-Mart.  1/2-3/4 of a mile start looking on left hand side for signs posted for Pow Wow.
