While J.T. was in the hospital during one of his many stays, his wife Marge
received a wonderful letter from a young Scouter telling Marge and J.T. what
J.T. had meant to the Scouters life.  Marge was moved to tears, it was a
touching, sweet letter.  If you have  a story that you'd like to share with
J.T's family, please send the story or letter to:

Your care and concern will help Marge and Alex and Eric get through this
difficult time.

The Order of the Arrow and Scouting has lost one of the great ones. With 
his many years in the program, it is impossible to know J. T. White's total 
influence in the lives of scouts, scouters and the families of scouts over
