[OA] services for j. t. white

brothers -

we have lost a great source of knowledge in inspiration at the death of j. t. 
white.  over the years he has influenced an untold number of scouts and 
scouters, especially in toqua chapter of the order of the arrow.

i think it would be in order for us to cancel our drumming, dancing, and 
ceremonies on thursday evening, and instead attend the services for mr. white.  i 
also think it would be fitting for us to be in full bsa uniform (with o. a. 
sashes). 

if possible, come about 7:00 pm to greet the family and offer condolences, 
and then, if possible, stay for the service.  (this should not be an 
inconvenience, since it is during the time when we would normally be at the o. a. 
meeting).
