Sorry for all the emails, but I have sent several through different
egroups.  This email includes information I need for the Pellissippi
OA budget and is very important.  Also, Shanks made the lodge a
Message Board and I have info about it at the bottom.

Budget:

I need to speak with the ordeal master, service chairman, LDC
chairman, Memoribilla chairman. If you are the chairman or are
interested in these positions please email me at dstephens at utk.edu I
have already made a budget for these chairman by calling the old
chairman, but if you would like any say in your 'new' budget just
email or call me. It is very important that you do this by Friday
morning!!!!!  Also, if you would like to view or talk to me about any
budget just call or email me.

Scout Masters and OA Advisors:

please email me if you have any info on these chairman or know someone
who will be interested in these positions.

The Budget LEC is this Sunday at the Scout Office @ 3:00

1.) Who can post 'new threads' and how do you post them

Answer: Any member of the forum can post new threads, but please be
sure you do it on the right board. For example, if you have a
question or just want to talk about Unanka, do it on the Unaka board.
If you have a question about the lodge, do it under 'General' if you
just want to hang out or talk post under 'random stuff'

To make a new thread just go to the correct board and click 'new thread'

2.) Who Can Join the forum

Answer: Anyone. The private sections are password proctected so
anyone can join and hang out in the other sections. To Join click
register at the top.

3.)Can I relpy to a thread

Answer: Yes, if you are a member of the forum. Just got to a board
and click on a topic and if you would like to reply just click the
'reply' button

4.) Who is paying for this Forum

Answer: There are a lot of places that offer free forum, they just
take a lot of time to set up. John Shanks gave his time to set up
this forum.

5.) How are we going to get people to post

Answer: Once we get a site up we will link to the board, and
hopefully people will post

6.) Why do we need a forum

Answer: To help the lodge grow as a community, and to help with
communications. In other words, it is just for fun, but we will also
be posting announcments.

7.) Who runs the forum

Answer: John Shanks started it. He and the Lodge Officers are forum
admins (The Bosses to Keep Order) We will be soon adding chapter
chiefs and advisors to the mod list(Can delete unwanted or bad
threads)for and only for their chapters board. The officers along
with Shanks will keep the boards clean and try to avoid letting people
get into "Online Fights"
