[OA] Order of the Arrow

The Drum and Dance team is doing some new things this year.  Michael
Brill and Carl Bylin have made hoops for hoop dancing.  Michael is
planning to demonstrate hoop dancing tonite for use at next
crossover/drum and dance team event.  Singers needed as well!
