I have sent all IP addresses that GALE had provided to me on to EBSCO.  All existing libraries should authenticate.  If you can't get in, let me know.  There have been a few libraries that have had to have EBSCO manipulate their IP information in order to get in normally.
 
For remote access, use the username (elvis) and the password (elvis).
 
The proposed TEL portal page is under development as we speak, but it may take a week or so to get up and running.  In the meantime, we can test the IP information for all locations and get those access issues out of the way.  I encourage everyone not to wait for the TEL portal page to be completed.  Check this database out now.  It is AWESOME (especially the video content!!!)
