Hey, everyone! The ALA Washington Office is telling us there's only two weeks left to contact our representatives about the SKILLs Act. ALA has really been there for us on this issue, but we are the ones who have to contact our reps and ask them to co-sponsor the bill. The URL below is the place to go to get information, a printable flyer to post at your school asking other people to contact their reps, and a link to an easy way to contact your representatives.

Other states have been cutting school librarians to save money to fund NCLB requirements. We have to act to protect our profession! Please contact your rep and our senators.
