Gather round and hear the stories as the University of Tennessee School
of Information Sciences celebrates the filling art of storytelling with
the 6th Annual SIS Storytelling Festival: Meatballs, Strawberries, Green
Eggs & Tea: Your Saturday Story Smorgasbord

It is our mission to honor the art of storytelling as we promote
families, the arts, and education. The festival will be held on
Saturday, April 12, 2008 at the International House on the University of
Tennessee campus.
The goals of the festival are to: 
1.  Provide the opportunity for enjoyment and pleasure through
storytelling to the general public. 
2.  Encourage the sharing of histories, traditions, talents, and the
techniques and sources for selecting, preparing and offering stories to
today's audiences 

*	When: Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 9:30am

Melrose Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37996
*	Who: Student Storytelling Troupe
*	Tickets: Free   

*Light food and beverages will be provided
