I send out overdue notices about every two weeks.  Each Monday our
students take home their weekly work and other notes in a packet.  I give
these notices to the EAs for each grade level and they put my notices in
these packets.

Also, if a student has a book that is overdue two to three months, my
principal will call the parents for me because we have the one call system
that is used to send messages to the staff and parents.
