[Tasl] another friendly reminder

Just another friendly reminder to join TASL ASAP. We are up to 135
members, but there are so many of you who join every year who have not
done so yet. Allison Roberts is planning a great inservice for April,
and it will be free for TASL members. Join now so there won't be a
hassle then (for either of us!).
