Ingram and TENN-SHARE
 
I want to take this opportunity to remind all TENN-SHARE member libraries that you receive very generous discounts from Ingram Library Services through your membership. Last year we attached our contract with Ingram for 2007-2009 to the emailed invoices. I would be happy to send another copy of that contract to you if you need it.
 
An example of Ingram’s courtesy to TENN-SHARE:
 
            TENN-SHARE member libraries do not have to make a minimum order with Ingram in order to take advantage of the discounts offered. Here’s a note from Daisy Gray, Ingram’s Account Manager for Tennessee, daisy.gray at ingrambook.com:
            
Please be sure to remind the members that they must advised Ingram that they are members of Tenn-Share.  It would be a good idea for anyone that has not used Ingram in the past, or has had an issue with the minimum to email Takita Caster in our accounts maintenance department to advise her that they are members and will be ordering.  (takita.caster at ingrambook.com) Takita will be the person that will update their accounts to reflect their Tenn-Share membership. And, of course, the members can always send me an email if they have issues.
