[Tasl] New Contact Information for HeritageQuest Usernames and Passwords

Hello Everyone, 

As anticipated, ProQuest has been flooded with emails and phone calls regarding username and password requests. Please be patient as they work through filling all of your requests. 

They have asked you all to send an email with your request for a username and password to customer_service at proquest.com  That way your emails can be distributed to several staff members and not just to Kim Levicki. 

Thank you all for your patience. This week will be a little crazy but it will all get worked out soon.
