Hello,

It was brought to my attention that there was some confusion about securing usernames and passwords for individual schools. I had implied in my previous annoucements that each individual library would be receiving a unique username and passwords. However, that is not true for the public schools (and for the libraries within those schools). 

Because of the sheer number of schools, I agreed to let ProQuest just create usernames and passwords for PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICTS.  This means that schools within the same school district will all have the same username and password (this excludes private schools). 

Individual libraries may still contact ProQuest at customer_service at proquest.com to request your school district's username and password (be sure to include the name of your school AND the school district). Just know that schools within the same district will be sharing usernames and passwords.
