[Tasl] TASL member's grandson

Janie Brown, a long-time TASL member from Newport Grammar School, has
a grandson, Zach, who has recently been diagnosed with cancer.
Yesterday Janie wrote to lm_net: "My grandson has been diagnosed with
cancer. It has spread from his pelvis to lungs and skull. My family
requests prayers, good thoughts, etc. He is 13 years old and was
completely healthy until last week. Our family is devastated. Whatever
religion you may be, please remember him. It would be awesome if you
could sign his guestbook at

When I asked her if I could post this to the TASL listserv, she wrote
"Yes, Yes, please post for our family.  Please ask members to include
Zach in their prayer list.  He is facing a tough battle.  We learned
earlier tonight that he has Ewing's Sarcoma.  All the research I have
read gives a 30% survival rate of 5 years.  I keep looking for studies
with a better prognosis.  We desperately need prayers."

So please be praying for Zach. And I'm sure Janie would love to hear
words of support and encouragement. Her email is in the TASL
