[Tasl] Reminder about voting in ALA

Dear Librarians, 

If you haven't voted yet in the ALA elections, please do so. Voting ends Friday and your vote is important. One of the many statistics available from ALA is the percentage of school librarians voting as a proportion of the whole.  We need to send the message that we do participate and have a voice. Allison Roberts is running for Region IV Director-Elect as is Karen Lowe who will be doing workshops this summer for TASL. Allison has been graciously serving this past year while I have been on Exec board.  There are two slots open but as part of the statistics, Allison will be able to see how many votes she receives in the election. Let's send her a big thank you and get the vote out. Thanks.
