I am not sure if there are any openings, but there is an interim position in Hamblen County (Morristown) During my interview last year my principal commented there were very few applicants on file with media specialist certification.

A friend who just finished the ETSU program is looking for a librarian
position for next year.  She's wanting to stay in the east Tennessee area,
if possible.
