[Tasl] Information about Nashville mayor's attempt to "enfold" school libraries into public library system

Yesterday  I posted on my  blog a telephone interview Donna Nicely granted me regarding
 the Mayor's project in Nashville.  I believe it is very important for all types of libraries to 
be aware of the issues involved in blending or merging libraries.
