[Tasl] AASL Standards in Chattanooga cancelled

Due to the small number who can participate in the Chattanooga area,  AASL
Standards training has been cancelled for next Tuesday, July 28.  Nancy
Trice at Notre Dame High School was going to host this event.  Thanks to
Nancy for offering.
