I am very excited to pass on the news that Rick Riordan, author of The Lightning Thief, will be signing books at Barnes & Noble Booksellers in Brentwood, TN on Saturday, August 29th at 2 p.m. 



I realize I am sharing this way in advance, but you can plan ahead to publicize this in the fall for your students. The Lightning Thief is a VSBA nominee and is on several school reading lists. We call The Lightning Thief an addiction at our school because once you've read one, you need to read the rest immediately.
