[Tasl] Executive Board Meeting Saturday

Just a reminder about our last executive board meeting of the year is coming
up this Saturday at the Trevecca librar, 10:15. If you have any items you
want to discuss, please let me know so I can get it on the agenda. I'll send
each of you a copy of the agenda after I hear back from all of you.

Committee reports need to be emailed to executive board members before
Saturday morning, no later than Friday afternoon would be great. If you
don't know everyone's email address, just hit reply to all on this email and
it will send your report out to each of us. We need to hear what each
committee is doing or not. Area Reps and committee chairs, we need you
there.

I'll bring a cooler of ice and a few assorted beverages and plates, napkins,
and cutlery. Bring whatever finger foods and snacks you want to bring. We'll
eat, talk, and then talk and eat some more. Can you believe Thanksgiving is
next week?
