This aspect in the recycling process is a very important step and is
one that many people don’t consider. Once recyclables are collected, sorted, and organized,
there has to be some company or business that can use these items in
order for the recycling process to continue. In other words, the process of recycling will stop if
there are no willing buyers available. Some of the components involved with marketing recyclables
include maximizing sale prices, fluctuation in demand, and transportation
costs.
