Meetings:
- Annual Meeting of the Membership:
- When- January/February. Also, special meetings may be called by a majority of the
executive committee.
- Participants- SCOR members: Any person in good standing with SCOR whose annual
registration has been paid.
- Quorum- 12 voting members
- Executive Committee Meetings
- When- Within 30 days of taking office and once every three months thereafter.
- Participants- Executive Committee (Elected and Other Officers of SCOR).
- Quorum- 3 members
- SCOR Board Meetings
- When- As called upon by the President or by a majority of the SCOR Board.
- Participants- One representative of each team registered under SCOR, the Executive
Committee, and the Head Coaches of each registered, active team. Head coaches
are not voting members.
- Quorum- Majority of the Voting members
