Monthly Meetings

Bulldog PuppiesThe Smoky Mountains Bulldog Club holds its regular monthly meeting the first Tuesday of each month. Location varies, after the 21th of each month please check the newsletter section of this site.SMBC Newsletter Go to the current month newsletter and the first page will have the location and program information. Or call Mari DeCuir, Secretary at 865-688-2270 for the location of the next meeting.
Programs for 2010
Ranee Randby, our program chair has announced the following programs for the first half of 2010.

Feb. – Robin Hawn, brand manager, for Pet Safe will give an overview of this company
headquartered in Knoxville. Pet Safe began in 1991 with one product, the in-ground radio fence. Today, Pet Safe has more than 400 employees and offices in Canada, Great Britain, and China. The product line also has expanded to included kennels, bark control                                                                           systems, pet doors and much more.

 March – FBI Special Agent Davis Bishop will present information on the investigation and prosecution of Gina Price and Rebel Ridge Kennels for internet fraud and Social Security fraud.

 April – Dr. Keith Hnilica, DVM, MS, DAVCD, MBA on Bulldog dermatology and the secret of the interdigital cyst. He will use living examples, so we will need at least three Bulldogs that night.



JOINING THE SMOKY MOUNTAINS BULLDOG CLUB

Our club is open to anyone interested in the Bulldog breed. Many of our members do not breed or show and are simply enthusiastic lovers of these beautiful and comic dogs. Anyone interested in joining the club is asked to attend a meeting before submitting an application.

The 8th Smoky Mountains Bulldog Club Back-to-Back Specialties
were  Saturday and Sunday August 15 and 16, 2009
in addition we hosted the Division VIII specialty on Friday August 14.
