          Located in Northeast Knox County, the Spring Place Community lies between Rutledge Pike to the south and east, and Love's Creek Road to the west. It has Spring Place Park and 110 dwellings on eight streets: Green Acre Drive; Parker Road; Park Ridge Circle; Park Ridge Drive; North Park Ridge Road; Spring Place Circle: and Timber Lane Circle. Spring Place residents represent/participate in a variety of professions and vocations. While the majority work in or outside the metropolitan Knoxville area, some residents are self-employed. Several attend classes at area colleges and universities. Interspersed throughout the neighborhood are several residents who are enjoying their retirement years. The combined gifts, talents, and skills, inherent to its residents, make Spring Place and ideal place to live. Direct access to the area is via Parker Road which connects Love's Creek Road and Rutledge Pike. Major access routes are I-40 East, Magnolia Avenue, Rutledge Pike, Chilhowee Drive, Love's Creek Road. Harris Road, and Old Rutledge Pike.
