Founded in 1920, the Kiwanis Club of Sweetwater has a proud tradition of leadership in Kiwanis.  We sponsor Builders and Key Cubs and have sponsored the establishment of many other Kiwanis Clubs in Division Four of the Kentucky-Tennessee District.  Seven members of our club have served Division Four as Lieutenant Governor including the current Lieutenant Governor, Jimmy Nokes.  One former Lieutenant Governor, Charles Ridenour, later served as the Kentucky-Tennessee District Governor in 1994 - 1995
