TASSI is committed to respecting your privacy. We recognize your need for reasonable control of personally identifiable information that you share with TASSI. Personally identifiable information is any information that is associated with your name. TASSI uses your information to better understand your needs, interests, and to provide you with better service.

TASSI provides this Privacy Statement to make you aware of our privacy policy and practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured that it will only be used to support your relationship with TASSI.

TASSI uses personal information to better understand your needs and interest and provide you with better service. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for educational research or to provide you with educational information we think would be of particular interest. TASSI gives you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving educational information. TASSI will only contact you if you agree to provide contact information. You may request to be removed from our contact list at any time.

When you are added to TASSI's contact list, we collect personal information such as name, postal mail address, phone number and contact preferences; email address is optional. You make the choice about whether your personal data is shared and with whom it is shared.

If you join TASSI's mailing list, we do a simple count for statistical purposes only whenever you contact TASSI. No personal medical information is collected or tracked. Any personal contact information or private medical information which you give to TASSI as part of service subscription is covered by TASSI's privacy policy.

If you contact TASSI's web site, no personal data is collected and tracked by web site. During this connection process, the web page does not collect personal medical data.

Choice

TASSI will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to other companies. TASSI will not share your personal information with a third party company without your permission.

Access & Accuracy

TASSI strives to keep your personally identifiable information accurate. We will provide you with access to your information upon request. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to your data.

TASSI is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of the information, TASSI has in place appropriate physical, managerial procedures.
