BSA Troop 101 |

Welcome to Troop 101 ! We meet on Monday nights, from 7:00 until 8:30 PM, at Bethel Presbyterian Church in Kingston, Tennessee. Exceptions to regular meeting nights are as follows:
Troop Patrol Leaders' Conference (PLC) Meetings are held on the first Monday of every month, from 6:00 until 7:00 PM. Troop Committee meetings are held on the third Monday of every month, from 6:00 until 7:00 PM. Courts of Honor are held on a quarterly basis, also on second Mondays. Courts of Honor are conducted as a covered dish dinner for Scouts and their family and friends, followed by the Court of Honor proper. Typically, the month's Troop Committee meeting is held immediately following Court of Honor. Leadership plays a vital role in scouting. One of the main goals of scouting is to instill values of leadership and good character in it's members, both youth and adult. Troop 101 is a boy-run organization which encourages young scouts to develop the skills of leadership while promoting outdoor activities and citizenship. Parents - Please drop off and pick up your Scouts at the back (South side) of the Church. Use the South parking lot of the church. The only entries into the Church by Scouts are to be through the 2 back doors. Please protect the Labyrinth outside the Fellowship Hall! Pick up your scouts at 8:30 pm. Please come into the building, listen to the announcements and pick up your Scout. Please instruct your Scout to stay in the building or wait just outside the back door until you arrive. |
