Troop 101 is a boy-run unit. The Patrol Leader's Conference, or PLC, is the monthly planning session at which the Senior Patrol Leader and Assistant SPL's, Patrol Leaders, and Assistant Patrol Leaders plan Troop activities for the month. It is essential that all scouts who hold any of these leadership positions attend this session in order to assure that adequate planning is done for the troop.

The first Thursday of every month Catoosa District Scout Leader's Roundtable meets at the First United Methodist Church, Crossville, from 6:30 until 9:00 Central Standard Time.
