This is your web site and we would welcome your suggestions, comments and remarks. Obviously, this site will not meet everyone’s quest for Tellico Village Townhouse Association news, but it is new and we hope to include the items that you will need to know to live your life in the Village as pleasantly as possible.

The Association has been growing in status and responsibilities, but we do have limiting factors as set out in the various Covenants and Declarations filed with the State of Tennessee by Cooper Communities Inc.
