To join the chapter, an application for membership must be completed, including appropriate proof documents, and submitted through the Tennessee Division Registrar to the Registrar General. Our Chapter Registrar will provide you with the application form and instructions, and will assist you in completing and submitting the application, which must be accompanied by Division and General fees. Upon approval of the application by the Registrar General, our chapter will be notified of your official membership and you will receive a membership certificate.
