Butterfly on Milkweed

The plants currently in bloom around the Arboretum Visitors Center attract "visitors" of all kinds.

A Place for All Seasons

The University of Tennessee Arboretum is a place where trees and shrubs are cultivated for scientific and educational purposes. A project of the Agricultural Experiment Station's Forest Resources Research and Education Center, there are over 250 acres available for the public's enjoyment - during all seasons. Four self-guided walking tours provide access to the collections, display plantings, and the nature trails.
